Service call fee is a fee we charge for a  trip to your residence to make diagnostic of your broken appliance and present you a written estimate for repair. Amount of this fee will be deducted from your total invoice upon your agreement to do repair with us.

We charge Service Call Fee in amount $95.00 for  any residential appliance and $120.00 for commercial. If you have more then one appliance to repair at the same location then Service Call Fee for the first appliance will be $95.00 ($120.00 for commercial) and for each additional appliance – $50.00 ($90.00 for commercial). The fee includes both the diagnostics and estimate. Amount of this fee will be deducted from you total invoice upon your agreement to do repair with us.

Yes, all the replacement parts are covered with 5 years warranty, warranty on labor is 30 days.

Our vans are fully stocked with genuine factory parts for repair of any complexity. But it’s impossible to stock all the parts existing on the market in one van. For some repairs we do need to order additional parts. In this case the repair will be completed upon arrival of the ordered  parts which usually takes 3-5 business days.

After your service request we will  schedule an appointment the same day or next day within a two or three hour window for your convenience. We will also let you know that the technician is on his way, approximately 20- 30 minutes before his arrival.

 We can help by giving the unit a full diagnostic check to see if your appliance is worth a repair. Most of our technicians have years of previous experience and can easily estimate if the cost of the repair is a better value than replacing the unit.

We accept the following types of payment: credit and debit cards  and cash.

Our usual business hours are from Monday to Saturday  8 am –  to 9 pm. Our technicians are also available for emergency repair services during late hours, weekends and holidays at no extra charge for our customers. Just give us a call and we will schedule an appointment for the most convenient time for you.

No, we don’t. We are appliance repair company and this is the only business activity we are engaged in. We don’t have any information about other companies selling and buying used appliances.

No, we don’t. We provide appliance parts only along with a repair job we perform. We don’t have any information about other companies retailing appliance parts in stores or on-line.

No, unfortunately, we don’t install appliances. We only do repairs.

Unfortunately, we can’t. For any repair job we do, we use only factory parts from our reliable suppliers. We can’t perform any repair job with parts bought from a third-party sellers or manufacturers.

  1. Please note: Our service call fee is $95 for the first appliance, we charge extra fee of $50 for each additional appliance. This fee we charge for the trip to your house, diagnostic and written estimate. This fee will be waived upon your agreement to do repair with us.
  2. Please note: Appointment time you chose is NOT an actual time we are scheduled to come. It is a 3 hour window. For example, if you chose 8 am, you should expect a technician to come between 8 am and 11 am.
